I am a paying member of this site and of Railroad Model Hobbyist.  When I came to watch this video I learned that I can only see this particular video if I pay for it, on top of my paid membership.  I'm already paying to see videos on this site.  Keep this up, and I'll discontinue paying all together.  Really, a poor policy.

That is NOT our policy and if you're seeing that behavoir then we accidentally have a setting wrong somewhere or you're encountering a bug on your end.

We will email you offline and try to get this fixed. Once you pay for TMTV, you get unlimited access to all videos for the duration of your membership, and should never have to pay anything additional.

Do make sure you're logged in when playing the preview, otherwise, it may try to do a non-member pay-per view on you when you try to watch the preview. If you're logged in, just click the play video or play alternate button and you're golden. No need to pay anything extra.

I'm a new TMTV subscriber, long time modeler.  I've been slow to warm up to the electronic approach to publishing, but I bought the trial subscription and I'm working my way through the videos.  I've enjoyed them, but really didn't learn anything until this video.  And what I learned is worth the subscription price and much, much more.  Keep this up and you may be stuck with me for a long time.  You've been warned!  Seriously, good work, thanks.

Some problem has occurred with the video link. Instead of going to "Trees" it is going to an earlier Notch 8 video on Airbrushing.

The video is fine ... it used to be that Act I always starts with the full month's preview. Let the preview play through and let the episode start - it's correct. You will see that around 1 min in the trees episode starts. In recent months, we pulled the preview out of Act I and made it it's own thing to minimize confusion - but this is meant to be a monthly show in total, so it always starts with a preview of the month.

Just let it play through and you will see the trees episode starts about 1 min in.
