I have a four unit set of Intermountain EMD F7s that have two different sound files, modified slightly.  The effect is astounding!  Thank you Matt!  Thank you ESU!  Thank you Trevor for showcasing this wonderful product!

In your video, you mentioned how you can change the rate of some sounds to make then faster or slower. Is this feature available on decoders without the new full throttle programming? Using JMRI Decoder Pro, is this adjusted using the sliding bar to adjust playback speed?

I forwarded your question to Matt Herman and he says:

"Yes, all the ESU Loksound Selects and V4.0s have this feature, new files and old."
